In the development of software there are several challenges, one of the most common is the friction between different teams that necessarily have to collaborate to reach their goals and with Azure DevOps it is sought to break with that problem by having as an objective to automate and integrate the work of these teams as if it were one.
That is why a change in the culture of the organization is almost always necessary, where everyone is aligned with the goal of adding value to the end users.
Another challenge is the delays, the expectations are not usually met with the times we propose to those interested in the product we are developing, this leads to poor estimates, it is very difficult for us to say: from here to that date the “X” functionality will be ready.
Another thing that happens is that we are not clear about what each one does within the team, due to the lack of an effective means where you can see and measure what is being done day by day and who is taking care of these tasks.
